B-B-Banana Pancakes
We created this recipe
a few days ago, but we had it again today.
That’s why I’m posting this. The
first time we ate this was on a car trip (it wasn’t a long one, it was just to
do some school in the car). They are
good for car trips because they give you energy, they taste good, and they are
quick and easy to make. My mom likes
this recipe in the car because it’s not that spilly.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour (preferably
fresh ground whole wheat!)
3 tsp double acting
baking powder
½ tsp salt2 overripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, slightly
beaten
2 cups milk¼ cup oil or yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Then mix them together and cook as you would any pancakes.
2. You don’t have to put any toppings on, but you can. Also, you can add chocolate chips in the batter.
This is a perfect birthday breakfast recipe.
I've tried those, too, and they taste, like, sooo perfect.
